I am a husband, a dad and a business owner. At times, my life can be very busy and it is because of the realities of my busy life that I was forced to develop solutions to optimize my body and health while working around (and working with) the realities of my schedule.
Over time, I have been able to be successful with my own body by working with my schedule and being realistic about expectations for what my diet and workouts need to look like to be successful. This is also exactly how I approach programming for my clients. Realistic programming rather than the extreme programs that ultimately lead to non-compliance and failure.
